Children’s Church

Families begin the worship service together, singing the first song during the opening procession, receiving the introit / opening prayer and praying together the Gloria Patri.  The children are then invited to the front to receive a blessing from one of the clergy before having the option of going to Children’s Church, where they are taught a Biblical lesson that usually follows the Liturgical Calendar.  There will be an opportunity to have snacks and a time to play (outdoors, weather permitting).  Children’s Church ends in time for all the kids to return to the sanctuary to receive Holy Communion with their families. Children will wear a mask and have their temperature taken at the sign in table in the “Welcoming Room” located in the main Sanctuary building. Children must provide their own water bottle each week.
